WHO WE ARE

Our journey began in July 1978 as a humble trading company called Union Pacific Ace Industries, Inc. (UPAII) dealing in construction supplies. By increasing our competencies and capabilities, we were able to evolve into a contractor, playing a larger role in the development of real estate projects. We’ve approached each opportunity we’ve come across by carefully listening to the needs of our customers and aligning our goals with theirs.

After years of listening and continuously improving our capabilities, we saw a need arise, one where we could also be of service, and so in October 2018, we embarked on the next stage of our evolution by adding building exterior solutions to our services, and thus became JSD Solutions, Inc. (JSD).

We’re a small, tight-knit group where everyone is aware of each project, sharing expertise to come up with applicable solutions that are tailored to our customers’ needs. We’ve continued to listen, and now we’re excited to listen to what you have to say.
